What is the return policy?
Because we work with a Print-On-Demand company, we cannot accept returns or refunds. However, if you notice a printing error or receive a damaged product, contact us immediately and we will send you a free replacement or provide you with a refund within 30 days of delivery. How do I change my personal information?
You can update name, email address and other personal information from the “My Account” section under “Account Details.”
Can I design my own products?
Not currently, but we are considering it in the future.
Why do my products have a slight odor?
With Print-On-Demand products, it is normal for them to have a slight odor. This odor usually goes away after the first wash.
